Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.
